We are excited to announce that as of June 1, 2023 EMUD will begin offering optional Water Leak Relief to our customers. Water Leak Relief is a third-party company EMUD has partnered with to offer their leak coverage services to all EMUD customers. EMUD customers who choose to keep Water Leak Relief services will have $2000.00 of leak coverage, paying for the amount of water billed for the leak (up to $2000.00) twice a year. Water Leak Relief services will add a $2.00 per month fee for residential customers, and a $4.33 per month fee for commercial customers. This monthly fee will begin with your June 2023 bill.
Water Leak Relief is an optional service for our customers. If you want to opt out of Water Leak Relief coverage call (855) 426-7655. EMUD will no longer offer water leak adjustment after June 1, 2023.
